Classic Rockers Heart and County Singer Colt Ford to Perform at Grand Event Center
Shawnee, Oklahoma (PRWEB) December 29, 2013 -- Head “Straight On” to the Grand Event Center at Grand Casino Hotel and Resort for Heart on Jan. 31 and then stick around for the “Chicken and Biscuits” served up by Colt Ford on Feb. 1.
Both shows begin at 7 p.m. and tickets are on sale now. Tickets for Heart start at $36.95 and tickets for Colt Ford start at $20.
Heart sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson first found success with hard rocking hits like “Crazy on You” and “Magic Man.” To date, Heart has sold more than 30 million records and has scored top 10 albums on the Billboard Album Chart each decade since the 1970s. Their newest studio album, “Red Velvet Car” earned them top spots on Billboard music charts and in 2013 the duo was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Colt Ford, country music artist and professional golfer, has recently earned success with country anthems “Dirt Road” and “Back.” Ford has collaborated with artist Montgomery Gentry, Jamey Johnson, Jason Aldean and Jake Owen. In 2011 Ford was recognized by the Academy of Country Music for Vocal Event of the Year with Jamey Johnson.
The Grand Event Center offers 2,000 seats and more than 15,000 square feet of concert space. Grand Casino Hotel and Resort will also add two dining options, Flame, a Brazilian steakhouse and The Grand Café, a 24-hour American diner. The dining venues will open Jan. 2014. Grand Casino Hotel and Resort recently completed construction on a new 262 room hotel tower. The Grand Hotel includes a spa, meeting and convention space and will offer an outdoor pool and lounge summer 2014.
