Clickstop Hires 21 Employees, Announces Several Promotions
URBANA, IOWA (PRWEB) August 11, 2016 -- Clickstop continues to add jobs to keep up with projected growth. Since April, the company has announced 21 new hires, bringing its total workforce to almost 160.
Clickstop owns and operates several online brands, including its flagship brand, US Cargo Control. That specific division is rapidly expanding its Manufacturing department and recently restructured Operations. Along with hiring several seasonal employees, the departments have added 14 new employees in both full-time and part-time positions.
Recently hired Manufacturing Associates include Kalab Bryant, Carter Crabtree, Hunter Crandall, Chad Galli, Dalton Hite, Brody Holtmyer, Austin Kraft, Raynee Kraklio, Paige Rosonke, Kayla Schneider, and Randall Sheppard. Jeremy Meyer was promoted to Director of Manufacturing to lead the tie down and cargo net teams on both first and second shifts.
The Operations team now encompasses freight, warehousing, and distribution services. Joe Rauch has been named Director of Freight and Shipping, Kara Roehr moved to Freight and Export Compliance Specialist, and Travis Matuska was promoted to Receiving and Inventory Control Supervisor. Jim Waite joined the company as a Quality Manager, while Josh Hempstead was hired as a Shipping Associate and Kayla Nunemaker a Packaging Associate.
After about six months on US Cargo Control’s Packaging team, Austin Dopp transferred to a Sales & Service Specialist position with Clickstop’s EcoFoil.com brand. EcoFoil is a leading supplier of radiant barrier and foil bubble insulation.
Alex Ledger has taken on a new role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, part of the company’s move to integrate the two departments. Ledger was previously Vice President of Sales. He started at Clickstop as a Sales Specialist in June 2014.
The Sales and Marketing merger also resulted in the creation of four positions that have been filled internally: Sara Alden, Director of Agile Marketing; Matt Mitchell, Director of Analytical Marketing; Kerry Trenkamp, Director of Creative Marketing; and Patrick Weber, Director of Internet Marketing.
Also in Sales and Marketing, Adam Shouse has been named Director of Sales and Service. The team has added Tina Hinz as a Content Writer, Casey Estling as a Marketing Analyst, and Jessica Clark and Nikki Moreno as Service Specialists.
Under the overall Clickstop company brand, the Finance department welcomed Krystal Talbert as Director of Business Intelligence, along with Brenda Hayes as Financial Specialist. Whitney Meyer moved to Manufacturing Accountant, and Alicia Hartley joined the team as an intern in late May.
Other changes have been announced on the company’s Culture and Communications team. Kala Liebe will serve as Director of Talent, and Harley Miller is a Talent Support Specialist. Both previously worked in the Finance department. Also, Summer Smith has transitioned to Director of Community and Engagement.
Brad Jackson was hired as a Senior Developer within the Clickstop Information Technology team.
The hiring initiative coincides with a multimillion-dollar building expansion, which is slated for completion this fall at Clickstop’s Urbana headquarters.
Clickstop continues to hire for both full- and part-time positions. More than 40 jobs were added in 2015, and the company is expected to match that number in the current year. A complete list of job openings can be found at Clickstop.com/careers.
