Clickstop recognized as a “Top Workplace” for 2013

Clickstop landed 4th place in the Small Business category (companies with under 149 employees). The rankings are based solely on employee opinions from an anonymous survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics.

The survey assessed the fundamentals of organizational health, including many questions regarding the direction of the company, execution of work, and the connection employees feel. Each employee was asked to rate the company by asking questions such as:

• At this company, we do things efficiently and well
• Senior managers understand what is really happening at this company
• My job makes me feel like I am part of something meaningful

This is the first time Clickstop has been recognized on the Top 100 Workplaces list. It is the second work-environment focused award Clickstop has achieved in 2013. In June, they were recognized as the #1 Coolest Place to Work (medium sized) in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area by the Corridor Business Journal. In addition, Clickstop has been recognized nationally as one of the fastest growing privately held companies, by ranking on Inc. Magazine’s “5000 List” for four consecutive years.
