Climate Partners Invites Clients to Participate in Facebook Photo Contest
Milford, CT (PRWEB) December 10, 2014 -- Figuring out how to stay warm during the coldest winter months may not seem like fun to most people living in the Northeast region -- especially when they're well aware of the steep energy bills they they could be paying -- but the staff at Climate Partners is on a mission to lighten the mood with their second social media-based contest.
Starting on Friday, December 12 and running until Monday, January 5, Climate Partners is inviting customers to sign onto the business's official Facebook page and participate in a photo contest, talking about their own fun and innovative ways to stay warm throughout the winter. The first 200 people to post responses will receive official Climate Partners hats and sweatshirts.
This photo contest is the second social media-based contest that Climate Partners has run; this past November, the staff ran a similar contest to find the Oldest Furnace in Fairfield and Haven Counties in Connecticut. The contest brought hundreds of visitors onto Climate Partners' website, and out of 25 individual entries, one lucky winner with the Oldest Furnaces in town was selected to receive a new furnace and heating system, compliments of Climate Partners.
According to Tom Casey, the owner of Climate Partners, connecting with customers has been one of the company's biggest goals for 2014.
"This past year we've really focused on reaching out to our customers through social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter," Casey states. "We've realized the value and necessity of being able to connect with our customers online."
In addition to their consumer-focused marketing strategies, Climate Partners has also revamped company transportation by replacing their old trucks with a fuel-efficient Eco Fleet, and each truck has been spruced up with Climate Partners' sleek green and blue logo.
