Climb Real Estate Group Welcomes Top Producer Kendra Wall
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) November 27, 2013 -- San Francisco-based Climb Real Estate Group is pleased to announce their affiliation with Kendra Wall, who will join the real estate team as Senior Sales Associate. An accomplished residential real estate agent, Kendra comes to Climb with over 11 years of sales experience in residential general brokerage.
“Climb is a very dynamic, forward thinking, team oriented company. I believe it represents San Francisco's current culture and that is good for both buyers and sellers. I feel the same energy I did when working at a start up when I first moved out here in 1999,” said Wall. “It isn't just about selling someone a house or a condo--it is about helping buyers achieve a certain lifestyle and level of comfort and about creating a story around my seller's listings that attract today's buyers. I feel like Climb understands and does more to support this goal better than any other company and that is what made me make the jump!”
Dubbed one of the Top Producing agents by Vanguard Properties' prestigious Top 21 Club since 2008 and honored among San Francisco's Top 100 since 2003, Kendra Wall has an impressive client list with sales of single-family homes, multi-family buildings, condos, TICs, and lofts. Her career started at Sotheby’s International Realty assisting in the sale and purchase of North Side communities such as Pacific Heights, Cow Hollow, Russian Hill, Nob Hill and the Marina. Since moving to Vanguard Properties in the Mission District of San Francisco in 2007, she has brokered over $100 million in transactions in areas such as Mission Bay, SOMA, Potrero Hill, South Beach, Yerba Buena, Hayes Valley and The Mission.
“My focus has changed over the years and is dependent on current markets. When I first started I was focused more on the north side of San Francisco, but now I focus on more centrally located and southern neighborhoods,” said Wall. “During the downturn I managed several different large bank portfolios, listing property all over the Bay Area. For several years I also worked with sellers and buyers focused on the short-sale market. In the past two years the market has changed significantly, and I represent about 50% buyers and 50% sellers. My focus is on helping first-time and move-up buyers and sellers make a wise investment.”
"With the addition of an industry veteran like Kendra Wall, Climb is excited to continue broadening our reach into key neighborhoods like Potrero Hill and Cole Valley while serving the needs of our customers through top sales personnel,” said Michelle Balog, Managing Sales Director of Climb Real Estate. “Kendra will be a tremendous addition to our growing residential real estate sales team.”
"It's a pleasure to have Kendra return home to Climb,” says Mark Choey, a top agent and co-founder of Climb. "We're excited for her to provide her buyers and sellers with a more robust platform, stronger marketing, and brand visibility with her new association.”
A native of Denver, Colorado, Kendra received a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Arizona State University and a BA from DePauw University. She moved to San Francisco in 1999 and worked as a journalist covering venture capital and investment in the semiconductor industry. She started working as a real estate agent in 2003.
Kendra currently resides in Cole Valley with her Cavachon, Roxie, and owns investment property in Potrero Hill. Since moving to San Francisco, she is a true neighborhood connoisseur and has resided in Lower Pacific Heights, Glen Park, Hayes Valley, the Lower Haight, Potrero Hill, and Alamo Square.
