Clio Announces New Features for TECHSHOW 2014
Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) March 26, 2014 -- Coinciding with the start of the ABA TECHSHOW, Clio, the leading cloud-based practice management solution announced today a number of exciting new features and improvements designed to improve the overall user experience and save attorneys even more time. With a revamped Clio Connect feature, new Gmail integration, a new wireless ScanSnap integration and a near feature-complete Android application, this promises to be the most exciting TECHSHOW ever for the Clio contingent.
Upgrades to Clio Connect, Clio’s innovative information-sharing portal, include the ability for firms to now brand the login screen, portal, and communications, ensuring your firm is now front and center when communicating with clients through Clio. In addition to firm branding options, attorneys now have the option to share matter information with co-counsel via Clio Connect, including specifying custom billing rates for co-counsel that can be used for Clio Connect users to bill time directly to Clio.
As part of the ABA TECHSHOW releases, Clio is also pleased to announce the brand new Clio for Gmail extension. By using a simple Chrome extension, Clio customers are now able to securely connect their Gmail accounts with their Clio account, enabling one-click email logging, time tracking from Gmail, and task entry, all from within their Gmail inbox. The integration will be demoed at ABA TECHSHOW, with a wide release shortly thereafter.
Finally, Clio developers have been working non-stop on a native Android application since the announcement of their hugely successful iPhone app at the Clio Cloud Conference last year, and that work is now paying off, with a nearly complete version of the app being demoed at this year’s TECHSHOW.
