Cloud-based Fundraising Application Eases Burden on Schools, Sports Teams
Oakland, CA (PRWEB) October 10, 2013 -- The Funds4All application makes it easy for anyone to create, promote and manage any type of fundraiser from their computer or mobile device, according to founder Mike Wilson. During six months of beta testing, the Funds4All platform was used to run over 700 successful fundraisers across the US.
“Our app works for traditional school or youth sports fundraisers like product sales and car washes as well as activity-based fundraisers like walk-a-thons or read-a-thons, raffles, crowd funding, and even event and ticket sales,” said Wilson.

Prior to public release, Funds4All.org helped schools and sports teams raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, with fundraisers managed by teachers, school administrators, coaches, church leaders, non-profits, and busy parents.
“The exciting thing is being able to raise money with much less time invested,” said Wilson. “And the benefits of a cloud-based application become even more obvious when one volunteer fundraiser needs to turn over the reins to a new volunteer.”
A core component of the Funds4All platform is an automatic ‘donor database’ generator. This allows organizations to hand off a complete donor list and fundraising history, then launch and promote additional fundraisers with a few mouse clicks.
When asked about the genesis of Funds4All.org, Wilson explained that as a father of two children active in sports as well as school and civic organizations, he was tired of seeing teachers, parents and coaches spending so much time raising money rather than working with the children.
“I decided to solve the problem, or at least significantly cut the time required to run a fundraiser,” said Wilson.
