Cloud Communications Alliance Will Educate on M&A Opportunities
Delray Beach, FL (PRWEB) September 24, 2013 -- The Cloud Communications Alliance (CCA), the only industry peer association specifically dedicated to the advancement of cloud communications technologies, announced that Michael Quinn, founding partner of Q Advisors, a Denver and San Francisco-based telecommunications and tech investment banking boutique, will present at the CCA’s upcoming conference, scheduled for October 14-15 in San Diego, Calif.
Quinn will provide an overview of the current M&A and financing market for cloud and managed services providers and discuss recent cloud transactions, including one involving NTT-Arkadin. Michael will also discuss cloud communications providers’ need for service offerings and client size diversification. He will also give members a “to-do” list of things they can implement to enhance valuations in both acquisition and financing transactions.
