In support of demanding workloads, the new CloudCover Budget Module gives managers the ability to budget, track and record equipment contracts for current and future dates. To reduce the amount of human error and maintain control, site administrators can grant different permission levels to each manager. Depending on their level of control, managers can add their vendors, products, renewal dates, types and terms, and link the contract details to that specific asset. Once assets are added, monthly budgets can be entered and compared to actual payments. Payment verification documents and PDFs can be saved through an uploading tool. Color-coded numbers inform managers if they are over or under budget. When budgets are created, the system automatically generates future budgets based on the percentage of increase managers put into the system. These reports can than be printed or exported to a local computer, allowing managers to share the information through their network.
