CloudCraze Taps hybris Veteran Michael Harvat to Expand Business Development in Central U.S.
(PRWEB) January 07, 2016 -- CloudCraze, an enterprise eCommerce platform built natively on the Salesforce Platform, has hired Michael Harvat as sales director for the U.S. Central Region. Harvat will be responsible for expanding business territory and driving sales development for the CloudCraze solution.
Harvat has more than twenty years of experience in the enterprise software and B2B technology industries. Prior to joining CloudCraze, Harvat worked at hybris Software, Adobe Systems, and Oracle, where he led enterprise accounts and sales.
“Mike has an impressive professional background in the B2B commerce and the digital marketing space and we are thrilled to tap his experience to expand CloudCraze business development in the Central U.S.,” said Ray Grady, executive vice president at CloudCraze. “We have major expansion plans for 2016 and Harvat will be a key contributor to that growth.”
In 2015, CloudCraze received funding from Aktion Partners, successfully completed implementations with several Fortune 500 and global companies, including Avid Technology and Barry Callebaut, and was recognized in the Forrester Wave™: B2B Commerce Suites, Q2 2015. As a result, the company has experienced significant growth and has added several other industry veterans to its leadership team, including former senior vice president and general manager of Acquia, Ray Grady.
With the B2B online market expected to grow 7.7 percent per year over the next five years, B2B companies are being forced to adapt to rapidly evolving customer expectations. As sales director, Harvat’s goal will be to expand CloudCraze’s market share in the Central Region of the U.S. by capitalizing on the benefits of CloudCraze’s unique offerings to the B2B space: eCommerce on Salesforce.
