MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (PRWEB) August 29, 2013 -- A survey released by Cloudmeter today finds that although capturing customer data is important to a majority of organizations, many companies are experiencing significant challenges with their current data capture and processing solutions that limit insight into their users’ experience and behavior.
