The Advanced eDiscovery Institute is the premier eDiscovery conference in the United States and brings together federal judges, academics, in-house counsel, and practitioners to examine case law, trends, and best practices in the eDiscovery space. Now in its 10th year, the Institute will examine lessons learned in eDiscovery over the past decade and explore the challenges and possibilities of harnessing technology and promoting cooperation between parties throughout the eDiscovery process.
