Clutch Group Supports the 2013 Electronic Discovery Institute Leadership Summit

The EDI Leadership Summit brings together decision-makers and experts from across the legal and technology industries to discuss challenges, opportunities, and best practices in the eDiscovery space.
Brandon Daniels, President of Managed Services at Clutch Group, will moderate a panel discussion titled “Perspectives on Global Privilege” this morning. The panel, as set out by EDI, will “explore the evolving nature of client and work product privileges across the globe and examine strategies and techniques to identify privilege and protect information from inadvertent disclosure in cross-border litigation.”
