Coldwell Banker Announces Steamboat Springs Makes List of Highest Ski Resorts
Steamboat Springs, Colorado (PRWEB) November 19, 2013 -- Coldwell Banker sees a jump in recreational and seasonal visitors in Steamboat Springs over the next couple of months and is proud to make the list of the top ten ski resorts in the United States with a vertical rise of over 3,000. Steamboat Springs came in at #5 with a vertical rise of 3,668 feet.
Locals and visitors alike enjoy Steamboat Springs year round but the winter is really where this town shines. Coldwell Banker has been focusing on recreational and resort type sales for years and continually promotes regional property and ski town real estate especially in the winter months. "A large majority of our clientele and buyers come especially for the winter months and the ski season which lasts from November until at least April," says Theresa Pemberton, director of operations and finance with Coldwell Banker.
Steamboat Springs and surrounding Yampa Valley offers many options for locals, year-round residents and seasonal residents in the form of condos, estates, single-family homes and resort options that offer equity membership.
Other towns that made the list were Aspen, Telluride, Mt. Hood and the highest was Kicking Horse in Golden British Columbia.
