Collaborative Consulting Reaches Milestone: 400 Employees
Burlington, MA (PRWEB) January 07, 2014 -- Collaborative Consulting, an information technology services firm, announced today that the company has just hit the 400 mark in number of employees since its founding in 1999.
In just 15 years, Collaborative has grown from 16 to over 400 employees, and grown its client base to over 180 clients across a wide range of business sectors.
William Robichaud, President and CEO of the firm, and Walter Kuketz, senior vice president and CTO, are the original co-founders of Collaborative Consulting.
“In our first year, we were so small that our holiday party fit in one room on a boat. Our conference room only held five people,” said Kuketz. “Bill was a one man army—he was driving the business, doing sales and recruiting. He was always thinking about what’s next, and that part certainly has not changed.”
Robichaud said he’s proud of the direction in which Collaborative is going. “We are growing steadily because our services are top notch, and our clients appreciate that. We work hard each day so it’s good to highlight this milestone and our continued commitment to quality management and IT consulting services.”
Contributing to the 400-employee number is the 100+ staff in the firm’s Domestic Solutions Center in Wausau, WI, a site that has grown in two years as a replacement for outsourcing work that previously was sent offshore and performed in India and China.
