Entry level employers are projecting an overall increase in hiring of 6% in 2015. The CollegeGrad.com survey results name Enterprise Rent-A-Car as the #1 Entry Level Employer. With 8,500 projected entry level hires for 2015, Enterprise Rent-A-Car is predicting an overall increase in their 2015 entry level hiring. “Because we put our employees in a position to succeed and we promote from within, we continue to need to hire thousands of new college graduates into our Management Training program each year,” said Marie Artim, Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Enterprise Holdings. “Our management trainees come from over 100 different degree programs at more than 800 campuses. This year we also expect to increase the number of interns we hire into our Management Internship program, which teaches them to hone their business skills and provides us a pipeline for future leaders.”
In addition to Enterprise Rent-A-Car, CollegeGrad.com details the hiring plans for more than 400 top entry level employers. The list includes many Top Entry Level Employers from previous years, such as insurance companies Progressive and GEICO, retail giants Target, Walmart and Amazon.com and accounting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.

They have hired 200+ new grads for the past 3 years and plan on hiring 250+ this year as growth continues to accelerate.
