Chicago, IL (PRWEB) December 08, 2014 -- Easter Seals has elected Fred J. Maahs, Jr. to join the organization’s International Board of Directors.
Maahs is Director of Community Investment and National Partnerships at Comcast’s Philadelphia-based corporate headquarters. He also serves as Vice President of the Comcast Foundation, which has donated more than $153 million in the last 15 years to organizations in the communities nationwide that Comcast serves.

“Easter Seals provides crucial services to people with disabilities, and I am honored to work with the organization and serve on the International Board of Directors to continue my advocacy on behalf of them,” said Maahs. “I am excited to further develop the relationship between Comcast and Easter Seals by continuing to explore the possibilities of assistive technology.”
