Commercial Real Estate Developer, Dynamic Development Company, Will Attend This Year’s RECon Event in Las Vegas May 18 – 20
Santa Monica, CA (PRWEB) May 17, 2014 -- Dynamic Development Company is excited to announce that the company will be attending this year’s RECon in Las Vegas, NV, on May 18 through 20. According to the event’s website, it is the largest industry convention of its kind with over 32,000 attendees and 1,000 exhibitors. The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) estimates that roughly 50% of industry deals are conceived of or consummated at RECon.
“We tend to fly under the radar and do not host a booth. This allows us to spread out our talented team of Acquisitions Directors, Business Development and Project Management Directors to cover more ground during the three days,” said Damon Porter, CEO of Dynamic Development Company.
Dynamic will meet with industry retailers to discuss new or existing leases in its pipeline, as well as learn more about the latest industry products and services that are critical to its business.
“We will be showing off a large list of projects that we are currently acquiring, entitling and designing for current clients and new clients as well. This list of projects consists of retail shopping centers, mixed-use housing and hotel projects from Texas, California, Colorado, Arizona, Utah and Washington,” Porter said.
In addition to its attendance at RECon in May, Dynamic also plans to attend the ICSC Western Division Conference in September, located in San Diego, CA. “ICSC in San Diego is a great show for the Western states that we work within,” Porter said. “We will also be attending other events in our local area as we support ACRE Southern California and CRE Finance Council, just to name a few.”
