CommLab India Announces New Country Manager For Australia & New Zealand
Hyderabad, Telangana (PRWEB) January 09, 2015 -- CommLab India announces the appointment of Michelle Galeazzi as the country manager for Australia and New Zealand. The company has been serving large corporte customers for the last 5 years in Australia. Michelle’s appointment caters to a long felt need to have a person on the ground to better serve CommLab’s clients in the region and ensure greater support and speedy service. With experience working with learning and training divisions of leading corporate organizations, Michelle will act as a single point of contact for CommLab's clientele in Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Brisbane, she will engage with existing customers to better understand and address their requirements. She will be closely involved in execution of projects and will coordinate with clients and offshore team to ensure quality output and deliverables. With her expertise in managing business relationships, training, instructional design and project management, Michelle will play a key role to ensure client expectations are met with speed, efficiency and accuracy. Michelle will also be responsible to generate new business.

Prior to joining CommLab, Michelle worked at Suncorp Learning Advice and Services as well as at Suncorp Academy and brings in a wealth of e-learning expereince from corporate Australia. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior L & D Development Specialist at HP Enterprise Services, where she was closely involved with design, delivery and evaluation of training initiatives.Her experience in a range of training domains such as financial services training, product training, customer service training, and induction training programs helps in catering to CommLab’s diverse clientele and their training needs.
Additionally, Michelle will actively participate in CommLab's knowledge sharing initiatives such as webinars, professional meets and conferences, sharing her diverse professional experience with the larger community.
