Toronto, ON, CANADA (PRWEB) July 21, 2014 -- Formally announced today, the agreement for RICOH CANADA Inc. to acquire COMMONWEALTH LEGAL Inc. closed on June 30, 2014, just 3-weeks after the definitive agreement to acquire was signed.
