Communication System Invented for Management of Building Operations - Designed by InventHelp Client (DHM-182)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 27, 2015 -- For apartment dwellers who rely on property owners for everyday maintenance, waiting for a water heater to be repaired or a leaky faucet to be fixed is never easy. However, thanks to the creativity of an inventor from Raleigh, N.C., these issues can now be resolved more efficiently.
He developed a prototype for the patent-pending E MAINTENANCE to inform maintenance staffs of apartment maintenance issues quickly and easily. As such, it insures that repairs and other maintenance issues are handled in less time. At the same time, it improves communication between renters and property owners. Furthermore, it provides monitoring capabilities to prioritize emergency repair situations. As a result, it affords peace of mind with regard to reported malfunctions. Another advantage is that it allows for scheduling of regular maintenance activities. It also provides periodic reports for maintenance purposes. In addition, it is convenient, effective and easy to use.
The inventor’s personal interest inspired the idea. “I wanted to find a way to streamline the resolution of maintenance problems,” he said. “If building owners receive immediate notification of issues that need attention, they can respond in a timely manner.”
The original design was submitted to the Durham office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
