Communications International to Improve Mission Critical Communications in Yadkin County, NC
Vero Beach, FL (PRWEB) December 19, 2013 -- Yadkin County, NC has awarded Communications International (“Ci”) a contract to replace its aging public safety radio system. The new system uses Harris technology to improve coverage and improve communications for the county’s law enforcement, Emergency Medical Services, Rescue squad, Animal Control and Fire departments.
The new three-channel VHF analog simulcast radio system features Harris' VIDA® network and Microwave Networks Inc. (“MNI”) microwave technologies to create a future-ready radio system with powerful network management tools and reliable site connectivity.
