Commuter Air Technology Introduces Exhaust Gas Extractors for King Air 350
Oklahoma City, OK (PRWEB) November 20, 2013 -- Commuter Air Technology (CAT), an AGC Aerospace and Defense Company, announced that it has expanded production of its popular CAT Exhaust Gas Extractors for the King Air turboprop to the 350 model.
The exhaust gas extractor technology adds the possibility of longer flights and quicker speeds to King Air aircraft operators.
CAT also announced it has extended the warranty for the Exhaust Gas Extractors for the King Air 350 to 7 years or 2,000 flight hours. The warranty for previous models was 5 years or 1,000 hours.
The 350 extractors join a lineup produced by CAT for the King Air 90, 200 and 300 models.
The ceramic coated, stainless steel CAT Exhaust Gas Extractors add performance and improved fuel consumption to the King Air aircraft models. The CAT technology:
• Improves true airspeed by up to 7 knots;
• Reduces fuel consumption by up to 10 percent;
• Minimizes wing and nacelle sooting;
• Maintains color; and
• Resists cracking.
