Miki Sudo entered the competitive eating circuit in 2013, winning a pho eating contest. In 2014 she became Major League Eating’s top ranked female competitive eater, and in 2015 reached the top three overall.
Sudo is coming off of her August 13th World Ice Cream Eating victory at the Indiana State Fair, setting a new world record after finishing 16.5 pints in just 6 minutes. Sudo also recently finished first among women in the 2017 Nathan’s Famous Hotdog Eating Contest to snag her fourth Nathan’s title in a row and set a new personal best, finishing a whopping 41 hotdogs (and buns) in just 10 minutes.
Some of Sudo’s other competitive eating highlights include eating 8.8 pounds of turkey in just 10 minutes at Foxwood’s World Turkey-Eating Championship; 61 tamales in 12 minutes at the Western Days Festival World Tamale Eating Championship and 6.7 pounds of buffalo chicken wings in just 12 minutes at the U.S. National Buffalo Wing Eating Championship.
On Sunday, DJ’s Hard Nox will spin poolside and host the day’s festivities.
