Most recently, he served as e-Discovery & Records Retention Manager for Textron, Inc., where he implemented and managed the multi-industry firm’s enterprise-wide in-house eDiscovery program and gained particular expertise in forensic collections tools and foreign data privacy laws.
McGowan joined the legal industry in the 1990s. Earlier legal work and several entrepreneurial initiatives honed his reputation for driving strong results in challenging business and legal environments.
