A direct assault hadn’t worked out very well so the agency began recruitment of mercenaries to search for and locate the Seeker program. The agency explained to the mercenaries that what they were seeking was a computer program called Seeker. The mercenaries asked why the Seeker program was so important to Homeland Security. The agent said, ‘Because we want it. You need no other explanation.’”
