Comstock Announces New Senior VP For Land Acquisition and Development

(NASDAQ: CHCI), announced that Tracy Graves has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Land Acquisitions and Development. Ms. Graves has more than 20 years experience in the Washington, DC region where she held similar management positions with Newland Communities, the preeminent developer of Clarksburg, MD; Terrabrook, the developer responsible for completing the master planned community of Reston, VA; and Toll Brothers one of the leading homebuilders in the Washington region.

Ms. Graves will be managing the land development operations of the Company while also pursuing land acquisition opportunities across the spectrum of Comstock’s broad product offerings, including townhome, single family, multi-family, and active adult. Ms. Graves’ focus will be the Washington, DC region where Comstock is actively pursuing finished lots and strategic land development opportunities. Comstock has active projects in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, with 7 communities open and 2 additional communities scheduled for opening in the coming weeks.
