The Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection Program is an initiative that partners with small and diverse businesses in Georgia and connects them to successful large companies to foster and enhance business development opportunities. The 2015 protégés were paired with corporate mentors and participated not only in one-on-one mentoring, but also were provided training, reporting sessions, and pitch and presentation guidance among the program’s many varied activities. “I am encouraged that programs like the Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection make it possible for businesses of all types to experience strategic growth in Georgia,” states Randy Clark, Vice President of Iberia Bank and corporate mentor to Concept Software & Services. “It is exciting to see how mentor-protégé pairings can develop into meaningful, long-term relationships and provide great opportunities for protégés to benefit from the experiences of well-established, leading Georgia companies.” Iberia Bank served as a new 2015 sponsor of the Georgia’s Mentor Protégé Connection.
Throughout the 12-month program, GMPC protégés gain unlimited insight and leadership from their mentors allowing them to chart goals for successful growth.
