HOUSTON (PRWEB) February 03, 2015 -- Conceptia, Ltd., a global project management and technology services company, has been awarded a five-year General Services Administration (GSA) IT 70 Schedule contract under category (SIN) 132-51— Information Technology Professional Services.
The GSA Schedule Contract, also known as the Federal Supply Schedule or GSA Contract, is a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract administered by the General Services Administration (GSA). Under GSA Contract #GS-35F-132CA, Conceptia can now provide the following services to local, state and federal governments:
• Project Management
• Organizational Change Management
• Business Analysis
The Schedule 70 contract is awarded after a rigorous process in which the GSA evaluates a company to determine proficiency and suitability for providing products and/or services to the federal government. The evaluation and assessment covers a range of capacities including organizational structure, performance history, customer satisfaction and other criteria.
In awarding Conceptia a GSA Schedule 70 contract, the federal government recognizes the company as a preferred vendor, fully authorized to conduct business directly with government agencies. The GSA Schedule Contract is the most widely used government contract vehicle, with federal, state and local governments spending more than $34 billion through GSA Contracts in 2013 alone.
The GSA IT 70 Schedule will allow Conceptia to substantially broaden its competitive reach and pursue opportunities as a prime contractor for government agencies that purchase services through this schedule.
