Connecticut High School to Sponsor TutaPoint's Award-Winning SAT and ACT Prep Course
West Haven, CT (PRWEB) February 21, 2014 -- Recognizing the growing importance of college admittance test scores, their impact on student college choice and reflection on the district, West Haven, Connecticut officials have decided to partially underwrite a prep course for students on March 29.

We hope students and parents/guardians will realize the benefits of this program in relation to their SAT/ACT scores and this program will run for years to come”, said West Haven High School Guidance Counselor Danielle Attard.
The course, which will be offered the last Saturday in March at West Haven High School is offered through ACES (Area Cooperative Education Services), a Regional Educational Service Center (RESC) for twenty-five school districts in south central Connecticut, including West Haven.
Through ACES, West Haven High School will provide the EdgePrepLIVE SAT/ACT course to students at a substantially discounted rate. The course, which is provided to students in an online, virtual classroom is taught by a certified instructor. Students participate actively during the class by answering questions and taking drills. After the class, students are provided with a custom 30-day curriculum plan and are coached by their certified instructor. While within in the curriculum period, students take drills, view video explanations and take practice exams.
