Zelen’s immediate and primary focus was the design and implementation of a new state-of-the-art Connnerton website with new features that will make it easy for prospective buyers to navigate the site and find the information they need. The new site was launched March 12, 2014.

Concurrent with the launch of the new Connerton web site, Zelen has implemented extensive Internet marketing activities, including Search Engine Optimization, Social Media marketing, Online Public Relations and Performance Tracking.

“To help bring greater interactivity and visibility to the Connerton website, it was rebuilt from the ground up,” said Terry Zelen, CEO of Zelen Communications. “We based the design on the original branding in the marketing materials when the community was first launched because it truly represents the natural beauty of the land.”

Since the project was re-launched in May 2013, hundreds of families have toured the community and 75 new homeowners have purchased. More families are touring weekly, excited about the lifestyle that Connerton has to offer. The new home sales have also sparked the resale market in Connerton with over 50 resales taking place in the same period. Over 125 new families have been welcomed into Connerton in less than a year.

Connerton is Pasco County’s award-winning New Town, located on US41 in Land O’Lakes in the Northern Tampa Bay area market. The community features nearly two miles of nature trails, a 10,000 square-foot clubhouse and miles of beautiful winding roads and walkways, all of which are thoughtfully laid out to preserve the wild wetlands and grassy expanses of the original Conner Ranch.
