Connexall Achieves Highest Rating for Alarm Management in KLAS 2016 Report
Boulder, CO and Toronto, ON (PRWEB) November 29, 2016 -- Connexall, the industry leader in alarm management and event notification, is pleased to announce that it has again been highest rated as determined by the overall performance score in a recent KLAS study of Alarm Management vendors and solutions.
According to KLAS: “Connexall’s innovation and guidance set them apart: Connexall pairs innovative routing capabilities with a customer-centric approach focused on building partnerships. They offer strong guidance for customers and proactively reach out to non-middleware vendors to help reduce notification fatigue.”
The report further states that “Providers praise Connexall for their focus on building relationships, which makes customers feel that Connexall is invested in helping them become better.” With regard to sharing best practices and support, one customer stated, “Connexall has been a great partner to work with. We have a call with them every month, and they keep extremely good notes on every initiative and every questions we bring up. I feel like they are definitely there for us. Connexall is just very focused on their customers.”
As a key component of the Joint Commission’s National Patient Safety Goal concentrating on reducing alarm fatigue within hospitals, facilities were required to create an alarm management plan and implement by January 2016. According to the KLAS report, many healthcare organizations are still in the early stages of trying to attain these goals. Thus, they are relying on the guidance of alarm management vendors to help them reduce notification fatigue throughout their facilities. One customer stated, “Connexall has been great to work with. They walked us through everything we needed to do. They had phone calls with other vendors that we use, and they provided education for the staff.”
It was noted that “healthcare organizations find that the vendors who are most experienced in routing diverse notifications are also pushing innovative, highly configurable middleware solutions.” A nurse educator shared, “Connexall was very good in the beginning at educating us about notification fatigue and how we should triage things. They helped with the routing and helped us decide which notifications to send out as well as how to escalate them.”
“We are gratified to be recognized by our customers for our leadership, expertise, and commitment to their success.” stated John Elms, president of Connexall. “In a world of competing claims of feature and function superiority, we are honored to be considered a trusted advisor over and above our supplier relationship to our user community.” continued Elms.
