Before joining Quest, Faith served as the Vice President of Public Policy for the Retail Industry Leaders Association, which represents the nation’s largest retail and consumer products companies. Faith has extensive experience in both the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives, serving as Counsel to Senator Jim Talent (R-MO) and the Senate Finance Committee Chairman on matters including the "9-11" investigation of the American Red Cross, and as a Professional Staff Member on the House Committee on Education and the Workforce.
