Continuous Improvement Network Hosts First Executive Forum On Organizational Transformation in Partnership With Sierra College
Rocklin, CA (PRWEB) September 20, 2013 -- The Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) will host an Executive Forum in partnership with Sierra College Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT) on Wednesday, October 9. Business leaders will discuss Organizational Transformation Using Continuous Improvement Tools from 5-8 PM at the Granite Bay Golf Club, 9600 Golf Club Dr., Granite Bay, CA 95746. Register for the $55 program at the CIN Website.
The evening begins with an overview of the Continuous Improvement road map and the tools that have been used effectively by local businesses to change their organizations and cultures, ultimately boosting productivity.
Then, participants will hear from several executives who serve on the Continuous Improvement Network board who have transformed their organizations using Continuous Improvement. Attendees will learn how these companies engaged teams of employees in assessing their current processes and encouraged staff members to make incremental changes that reduced wasteful steps. Participants will benefit from the experience of leaders who have successfully shifted their internal culture to value continuous improvement.
In roundtable discussions, participants will share how they use the Continuous Improvement philosophy to transform culture with tools that measure, track and celebrate changes. Executives will have the opportunity to share and discuss their challenges, methods and successes with process improvement and how it has given them a competitive advantage.
Companies have joined the Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) to share resources, experiences and training that support their efforts to change their organizations for the better. Sierra College CACT is the CIN’s training partner and collaborates in offering courses in lean and other process improvement tools. CIN members also tour each other’s facilities to see best practices in continuous improvement.
