TORRANCE, Calif., Oct. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Convaid | R82 will be in great company this weekend at the 18th annual Woodstock Film Festival that will showcase four world premieres including Roll With Me, a documentary directed by Lisa France that tracks Gabriel Cordell's 3,100-mile journey across 13 states in 100 days – in a unmodified manual wheelchair.
Convaid | R82 is the official premiere sponsor of the picture at Woodstock, where Roll With Me is competing for Best Documentary, among other awards. The film was selected from over 2,000 entrants from around the globe and is very much in keeping with the festival's motto of honoring "fiercely independent" work and artists.
Considered one of the top 50 festivals in the world, the iconic Woodstock Film Festival will honor Susan Sarandon with its Maverick Award alongside Bill Pullman and Shep Gordon. Roll With Me filmmaker, Lisa France will be one of 19 female directors to share the Spotlight on Women in Film & Media.
