CookingSchools.com Unveils Why France Wants Its Citizens to Eat Homemade Cuisine

According to a February 12th article posted on Fox News titled “France to put 'homemade' on restaurant menus with law encouraging traditional cooking,” France is trying to get people to eat homemade foods. A new proposed law would allow restaurants to put a homemade label only on dishes that are made in-house from fresh ingredients.
The article says that restaurants in France want to provide fresh homemade dishes for their customers, but rising prices are making it hard for them do that. Though it may cost more, the article says many French citizens embrace the change, claiming they would rather pay a little more money for a fresher homemade dish.
The article also says that many restaurants call themselves “restaurants,” but do not cook any thing in-house. With the new law, these types of restaurants would be unable to lie to their customers, and true homemade restaurants would flourish.
