Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants Acquires Exclusive Ownership Rights for Grapevine and Gemini Wine Decanters & Aerators

As a result, Cooper’s Hawk will be the sole owner of the Grapevine and Gemini products, which are hallmarks of the Cooper’s Hawk dining experience.

The “preferred red wine aerator decanter of the stars”, the Gemini and Grapevine wine decanters have been featured in In Touch Magazine and The Today Show.
Both products utilize a glass bubble to expose a super-thin film of wine to the air, which allows the wine to breathe more quickly than decanting into an ordinary carafe. The sphere is partially filled with water, which not only provides extra weight for stability, but also enables the wine to be brought to an optimal temperature during the decanting process. The aerated wine flows through a filter and then into the glass cone where it can be dispensed with ease.
