Coralville’s GEICO Looking to Hire Future Leaders
Coralville, Iowa (PRWEB) April 09, 2015 -- According to Amanda Sanford, Hiring Supervisor for GEICO’s Coralville location, the company is looking to hire 180 employees in 2015.
“We are hiring in both Sales and Service which also creates opportunity for more leadership roles in our Management Development Program,” said Sanford. “With our fast-paced growth in the automobile industry, the need for management associates is at an all-time high.”
GEICO is seeking to fill up to 20 positions in its Management Development Program (MDP) this year. The MDP is one of GEICO’s accelerated leadership programs and is a fast track into management at GEICO.
Why the MDP?

We will provide you with the training and support you need to quickly achieve success in management.”
MDP candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, strong academics and demonstrated leadership experience — whether on campus, in the community or at work. In addition, GEICO will consider any current students contingent on receipt of Bachelor’s Degree in 2015.
