Core Spaces Hires Student Housing Veteran Tyrel Hullum as Acquisitions Specialist in Austin Office
AUSTIN, Texas, and CHICAGO (PRWEB) July 13, 2016 -- Core Spaces, a Chicago-based real estate development and management firm renowned for offering luxurious, spacious and amenity-filled college student housing has named student housing veteran Tyrel Hullum Acquisitions Specialist in its Austin office.

In his new role, Mr. Hullum is overseeing the acquisition of Core Spaces’ new student housing communities totaling more than 1,000 beds. In his previous positions, he managed student housing residences with more than 8,000 beds in multiple markets across the country and assisted in opening newly constructed student housing communities with over 3,000 beds.
Student Housing Business nominated him for “Renovation of the Year” in 2013 for his work on the historic University Towers at The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Hullum received a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
