Corinthian Real Estate, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Premier Montrose Property in Houston, TX

The property, which will offer both retail and professional office space, adds a high-quality property to the firm’s growing portfolio of premier urban real estate assets.

Corinthian plans to renovate the interior and exterior of the building and will seek out a variety of restaurant, medical and office tenants. The renovation is expected to be complete by April 2015.
