Corona, CA Man Pleads Guilty to Distribution and Exhibition of Lewd Material to a Minor
Tulsa, OK (PRWEB) October 15, 2013 -- The Demand Project, a Tulsa based organization, assisted the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office with procedures that led to the arrest and subsequent guilty plea (Riverside County District Case No. RIF 1305290) of a Riverside County realtor on charges involving sexual behavior with a minor.
According to Court Records James Leslie Keller, 49, was arrested in 2013 and booked into Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside California on three felony counts. Those charges included attempted lewd or lascivious act with a child 14 or 15, communication with a minor with intent to commit a specific offense and distribution and/or exhibition of lewd material to a minor.
After consideration, Keller pled guilty in (Riverside County District Case No. RIF 1305290), to distribution and/or exhibition of lewd material to a minor and will receive a sentence of 220 days custody along with felony probation restrictions. Keller, a local realtor in Corona, CA, had his realtor’s license revoked and will be forced to register as a sex offender. (Riverside County District Case No. RIF 1305290)
Keller was taken into custody on 10/1/2013 to start serving his sentence.
