Corporate Attorney Kevin Trautner Joins Andrews Kurth in Houston
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) March 05, 2014 -- Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that corporate attorney Kevin Trautner has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner.
Mr. Trautner joins Andrews Kurth’s corporate/securities practice group, where he will focus on working with public and privately held companies in a variety of corporate transactions. Mr. Trautner has extensive experience representing targets and acquirers in mergers and acquisitions, in addition to guiding businesses through initial public offerings. He also represents issuers and underwriters in a variety of securities offerings and provides strategic counsel in regulatory and corporate governance issues.

Mr. Trautner earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He also holds an M.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame.
