Previously, he served as Vice-President, Technical Services British Columbia Transit Corporation, and before that as a military engineering officer in the Canadian Forces. Mr. Lythgo brings considerable experience in the areas of strategic planning, operations, project requirements definition and implementation, organization change management, approvals processes and procedures at the federal, provincial and municipal levels, human resources management and labour relations. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia and a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada (B.Eng.) and Queen’s University (MBA).
