Cortona at Forest Park’s Success Earns 2015 Property of the Year Award
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) April 30, 2015 -- Cortona at Forest Park was presented with a 2015 Property of the Year of the Award by the St. Louis Apartment Association on Friday at Westport Plaza. The award was part of the SLAA’s annual Rising Star Awards ceremony, which honored 22 of the top property management companies in St. Louis this year. The ceremony was attended by over 600 property management professionals from throughout the St. Louis metro area.
In its first year at the Rising Star Awards, Cortona at Forest Park took home two awards during the evening, including the City of St. Louis Property of the Year award. The property also earned a Marketing Award for its digital marketing campaign entitled, “Be at the Center.”
One year after its grand opening last spring, the 278-unit Cortona at Forest Park property leased up 100% of its apartments and is currently accepting waitlist applications for fall 2015. Throughout its inaugural year, Cortona at Forest Park has also received accolades from other local organizations and media, including Developer of the Year from Park Central Development Corporation, Best City Living from ALIVE Magazine and one of the Top 5 Residential Developments from St. Louis Magazine.
