Cosmedent's Donation to America's ToothFairy Helps Spread Children's Smiles
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) March 19, 2014 -- Thanks to a generous product donation from Cosmedent, Inc. totaling over $72,000, at-risk youth across the country will receive essential oral health services. The contribution of Mirror Image A2 and Adjust A2 products was distributed to ten non-profit clinical programs in the Affiliate Network of the National Children’s Oral Health Foundation: America’s Toothfairy (NCOHF) spanning from Pennsylvania to California. This national network of community-based healthcare facilities and outreach programs provides educational, preventive and restorative services for children of vulnerable populations.
“Cosmedent is honored to support the great work of America’s ToothFairy in addressing the oral health needs of underserved children,” said Dr. Bud Mopper, Co-Founder and Chairman of Cosmedent, Inc. “We are longtime supporters and will continue to partner with America’s ToothFairy for years to come to save young smiles.”
For non-profit programs, donations like this can help make a big difference in the lives of those they serve. “Sadly, some children lose permanent teeth at a young age,” said Dale Gorman, executive director of Kids’ Community Dental Clinic, a NCOHF Affiliate. “But with support from America’s ToothFairy and generous companies like Cosmedent, the Kids' Community Dental Clinic is able to help at-risk children keep smiling.”
“We are very grateful for Cosmedent’s unwavering support,” said Fern Ingber, NCOHF President and CEO. “Their product contribution will better equip our Affiliate Network with the resources they need to rescue at-risk youth from the pain and embarrassment of dental disease.”
