Coulter Welcomes New Client ARIAS•U.S.
McLean, Va. (PRWEB) January 16, 2015 -- Coulter, the award-winning association management company, is proud to announce ARIAS•U.S. as its newest full-service client. ARIAS•U.S. promotes improvement of the insurance and reinsurance arbitration process for international and domestic markets. Sara Meier, M.S.Ed, CAE, Coulter Senior Vice President, will serve as ARIAS•U.S.’s executive director.
ARIAS•U.S. provides a host of services relating to insurance and reinsurance arbitration, including training and in-depth conferences and workshops in the skills necessary to serve effectively on an insurance/reinsurance arbitration panel. ARIAS•U.S. also publishes a variety of rules and guides to assist companies in the arbitration process. In addition, ARIAS•U.S. certifies a pool of qualified arbitrators and serves as a resource for parties involved in a dispute to find the appropriate persons to resolve the matter in a fair and cost-effective manner.

With more than 20 years of experience in sophisticated program management and nonprofit resource and strategic plan development, Sara Meier has managed and consulted with a variety of nonprofits, most recently serving as the executive director of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). Meier specializes in standards development processes, accreditation programs, and certification models. In her role as a senior consultant with Coulter Strategy & Innovation, a division of Coulter, Meier has conducted environmental scans and growth analysis for high potential organizations, working to unlock market potential as well as opportunities to streamline operations and improve internal processes.
