Coverbind Promotes from Within to Support Growing Sales Force and Global Objectives
Wilmington, NC (PRWEB) January 15, 2015 -- Coverbind Corporation, subsidiary of Swedish-based Bindomatic, an international binding technology company specializing in in-house document binding solutions through Drop&Go Technology, announced executive promotions and organizational changes.
John H. Davis, the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Coverbind, will assume a new role as Chief Marketing Officer for Bindomatic, its global subsidiaries, and world-wide network of over 40 distributors. “John has done a very good job in positioning Coverbind on the U.S. market and we look forward to him being in charge of these activities now also for Bindomatic,” said Jörgen Friman, CEO & President of Bindomatic.
As Chief Marketing Officer for Bindomatic, Davis will be responsible for setting sales and marketing direction, strategies, branding and overall market presence for Bindomatic’s global initiatives while maintaining his general management responsibility for the U.S. operations.
Susan Webb, Coverbind’s Vice President of Sales will assume a new role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In her new role Webb will assume responsibility for managing the outside sales team. Tasked with hiring, training and developing new team members, she will create new sales training programs, as well as, build an infrastructure to support the team’s success. Webb will also maintain many of her current responsibilities.

Also announced today, Debbie Short and Lisa Pagano, Sales Directors for Coverbind, will assume new roles as Regional Vice Presidents in the Pittsburgh and Cincinnati areas respectively. “These two top notch sales professionals will lead our newly expanded sales teams in their geographies and provide support and guidance to the field Sales Directors,” said Davis.
In 2014, Short and Pagano were the top two sales performers for Coverbind and its parent company Bindomatic. The move to promote each of them to Regional Vice President is a push to build new, stronger relationships with businesses in these markets. “This is an exciting and pivotal time for Coverbind as we invest in the future of our sales organization. Our goal is to be even closer to the customer and to be a live, on-site resource for them as needed,” said Davis.
