Gainesville, Fla. (PRWEB) July 29, 2015 -- CPAmerica International announces that Brian Sullivan of Mueller & Co., LLP, and Carolee Lindsey of Cummings, Keegan & Co., P.L.L.P., will be the incoming chair and chair elect for the 2016 Accounting and Auditing Conference in Minneapolis, Minn.
“As part of a member-driven association, the incoming chair and chair elect have a large role in leading the Accounting and Auditing Executive Committee in the planning of the agenda for the 2016 conference,” said Alan Deichler, president of CPAmerica. “They are responsible for facilitating the committee calls and participating in planning calls in preparation for this three-day meeting.”
The newly appointed chair and chair elect will serve a one-year term that will end in June 2016.
Sullivan joined Mueller & Co., LLP, as a partner in 1999 and specializes in audit, mergers and acquisitions; including due diligence engagements, quality of earnings reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal control analysis, accounting, tax planning, and business management strategic planning. He is a member of the firm’s executive committee, leads their Audit and Assurance Department, and is partner-in-charge of their Risk & Controls Service Team.
