St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) February 28, 2014 -- Transportation company, Craftsmen Trailer, recently announced the roll out of a new financial wellness benefit for employees. The benefit, provided by Four Seasons Financial Education, is employer-paid and helps employees focus on financial goals such as retirement, budgeting, and overall financial planning.
"We're excited to offer such a powerful tool to our employees," says Human Resources Director, Karen Boyer. "We can all use more financial planning advice regardless of our job title," she says. "This is a great addition to our existing employee benefits."
Employees at Craftsmen receive pre-paid training and personal consultations with a board-Certified Financial Planner. The benefit will include spouses and even gives their employees an option to request a written financial plan with a CFP at Four Seasons. The new financial wellness benefit will begin in March and covers all employees at the company's four locations nationwide.
