CraveOnline Unveils Docu-Series, INSPIRED
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 12, 2015 -- Evolve Media's CraveOnline Media (http://www.craveonline.com), the largest online male lifestyle publisher, announced today the debut of INSPIRED, an original docu-series aimed to empower viewers to follow their passions. The series features original profiling of influencers across style, music, entertainment, sports and gaming.
In the first three episodes—featuring Waraire Boswell, April Roomet, and Michael Fisher—CraveOnline documents the stories of each influencer, what inspires them to innovate in their chosen craft, and how they hope to inspire others in their field.
Episodes:
- Waraire Boswell (Episode 1) – As a Los Angeles-based fashion designer and entrepreneur, Waraire built his business by filling a void within the fashion industry: high-quality clothing and suits for taller-than-average men. He now counts some of the biggest names in sports–Chris Bosh, Lebron James and Kevin Durant–among his clients, and he’s just getting started.
- April Roomet (Episode 2) – Hailing from West Philadelphia, this music-based stylist has worked as Snoop Dogg's personal stylist/dresser for 15 years. She's known for dressing Aisha Tyler, Akon, Nas, Lauren Hill, Tyrese Gibson, Common, Santigold and Young Jeezy.
- Michael Fisher (Episode 3 – Appearing 6/16) – Having found his craft through a love of image-making, this stylist began his career working for Annie Leibovitz. With clients like Mickey Rourke, Jonah Hill, Paul Rudd and Chris O’Dowd, Michael specializes in stylistically guiding his clients through major transitional moments in their rising careers.
INSPIRED is the latest custom series in a recent push of original video content from CraveOnline; others include Nosh Pit, a series under the Food/Drink section that peers into the kitchens of some of the world’s most renowned chefs. For the new monthly Hot Girl Walks By series, CraveOnline taps into some of the best talent in Los Angeles to showcase a situation readers are all too familiar with: the tailspin of events resulting from an attractive passerby.
“INSPIRED is a stellar example of CraveOnline’s commitment to producing best-in-class video content. The series was created to showcase creative individuals who have worked hard and gained success in the areas our readers are most passionate about,” said John Keefer, General Manager of CraveOnline and Vice President of Evolve Media. “The final product truly speaks for itself, and we’re thrilled with the response we’ve witnessed—for INSPIRED, and the entire new lineup of CraveOnline original series.”
“The storylines our editors have weaved throughout Crave’s Inspired series are both thought-provoking and aesthetically stunning—which is why this franchise is not only a hit with our dedicated millennial male readership, but with brand marketers looking for meaningful, high-quality video content,” said Geoff Schiller, Chief Revenue Officer of Evolve Media. “Thanks to its popularity among readers, INSPIRED will be expanding to reach a broader audience, launching on TotallyHer, Evolve Media’s leading women’s lifestyle portfolio. We look forward to sharing the experience with additional brand partners in the months ahead.”
